Revision Policy

Revisions are contingent on the package selected. Clients can request unlimited free amendments, and we will revise their design with no extra charges, provided the design and concept remain intact. Revision turnaround time will be 48 hours.

Refund Policy

In any occasion, any funds deposited will not be eligible for a refund if the initial design and concepts (after delivery) are approved, or a change is requested, unless Archway Books Publishing cancels or ends your contract for a reason other than your breach or non-performance.

All requests for refunds will follow the arrangement below:

  • If you request a refund before the initial design concepts are delivered, you qualify for a full refund (less a 10% administration and processing fee).
  • If the refund request is made within 48 hours after the initial design delivery, you will be eligible for a 66% refund (less a 10% administration and processing fee).
  • If the refund request is made within 48–96 hours after the initial design delivery, you will be eligible for a 33% refund (less a 10% service & processing fee).
  • Once the project has entered the revision phase, the refund offer will be void.
  • No refund requests will be entertained after 96 hours of the initial design delivery.

Additional conditions:

  • No refund will be entertained after inaction by the customer for 7 working days.
  • No refund will be entertained if the customer goes unresponsive for 5 working days.
  • No refund will be provided after the final files have been delivered.
  • For website packages, no refund will be entertained once the initial design mockup has been revised or the inner pages have been created with client approval.
  • Refunds for bundled packages apply proportionally to the unused portion.

Refund requests must be communicated to our Support Department. Archway Books Publishing reserves the right to approve or reject any request on a case-by-case basis.

How to Claim Your Refund

To ensure your refund request is processed efficiently:

  • Specify your concern and claim your refund via one of the following:
  • We will try to resolve your concern per our revision policy. If not resolved, we will email you an approval from our Refund Department.

After the refund:

  • All rights to your design will transfer to Archway Books Publishing.
  • You will not have the legal right to display or use any version of the design.
  • We may register the refunded designs with copyright agencies to prevent reuse as original work.

My Account

The My Account area is the primary method of communication. It is your responsibility to check this section regularly for updates, instructions, and queries.

Quality Assurance Policy

Our designers strictly follow your specifications as per the order form. Designs are created after thorough research to ensure quality and uniqueness.

100% Satisfaction Guarantee

We will continue revising your design until you are 100% satisfied (depending on your package).

Domain, Hosting, and API

All third-party services (e.g., hosting, domains, APIs) are non-refundable and subject to their respective contracts. If you choose not to host your site with us, email accounts will not be provided.

Delivery Policy

  • Design orders are delivered to “My Account” as per the date on the Order Confirmation.
  • Customized design orders are delivered within 5–7 days after order receipt.
  • Rush delivery (first logo within 24 hours) is available for $100 extra.

Record Maintenance

We archive your final design after delivery. If you need it again, we can resend it upon request.
